My Sister In Law is an amazing Pastry Chef… Here is the cake she made for my son’s Choo Choo Train party! 
I really think when kids are little the best party of the birthday is playing with their friends and the cake… That is exactly what we did… Played with our toys and ate cake! As a “Thanks for Coming” gift we gave everyone Thomas the Train books, Train Suckers, and Train stickers!
