I love to take my little guys on Field Trips & Outings… Whether it be on a field trip or a simple errand I think getting out and exploring our world is a great way to build vocabulary and knowledge with the added bonus of my living room staying clean!

I am the wife of Ben, mommy of the S brothers and legal guardian of Wrigley. I teach morning kindergarten, have a hard time keeping my house clean, love warm weather, gardens, and a good book! The last time I went to coffee with the girls I decided to run into JoAnn fabric and buy cheap little plastic masks and halloween stickers. They sat quietly placing as many stiuckers as they could on the msk. It kept the kids busy for a little while and then we got a cute picture:) The kids love them!
I think it would be cool (one day) to have a calendar on here where it shows community events ie. free art festivals or fairs or kid friendly things happening in the neighborhood. I cant tell you how many times I get up and think, hmmm what should we do today. Having a place to come and give/get ideas would be neat:)
