Recipes

Sometimes I think I should have gone to cooking school… Other times I think I’d enjoy being a farmer…  but even more often I think, AHH what should I make for dinner???????  I love to cook and I love to eat out… I don’t have a ton of time to do either, but make somewhat of an attempt at both!

Shannon ~ everything is adorable! Love it! Love your energy :)

Here is a tip for all of us bakers out there: if you are in doubt if a cake or cupcake recipe ‘may’ be a little dry, then add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of canola oil to the recipe and your dessert will be moist. I made gingerbread cakelets today and the first batch was too dry. I added some canola oil and it solved the drying out problem.
