I bought a kit… and this is why… Making Gingerbread Men is a bit disappointing for me. It never fails that my “men” lose a limb, burn, or spread a little too much. So this year I bought a kit by Wilton so that my boys could decorate their “men”… INSTEAD we made homemade ginger cookies… The big, soft, yummy kind… so for me it was the best balance… The recipe for these is from All Recipes…
